I recently bought a 2019 Longhorn from Carvana and the options on the truck don't match the description that Carvana used. I was wondering if I could reference the VIN to actually determine what it came with?

Yes - try this site, and make sure you use all caps for any letters,
it appears this link is for 2014+, I just noticed you have a 2013.
If the link below doesn't work, the window sticker might, and I have also
added yet another source in one of the following posts...

Here is where you get the original build sheet, https://www.jeep.com/webselfservice/BuildSheetServlet?vin=17 digit vin number here
Here is where you get your window sticker: https://www.ramtrucks.com/hostd/windowsticker/getWindowStickerPdf.do?vin=17 digit vin# here
For both, put the Vin# immediately after the = sign. Cheers

My truck was built to the original owners specs. He went as cheap as possible it seems. No tow , no glove box light(really) , no fogs, no hood lamp. Thankfully it does seem to be wired up at least. So far. Except for the hood lamp. I suppose if I look around I’ll see a a wire. But no kill switch for the hood when ya close it.

You can also you free VIN checker like this: https://vinnumber.net/makes/ram/1500/. I usually check there
That page is more like Car Fax, but maybe $10 cheaper. You still have to pay to get any useful information.
The OP was looking for a detailed listing of the equipment and options. I could not find that from the link you provided. The other links shown provide a complete vehicle equipment listing at no charge. ;)
