Is it going out of overdrive but not picking up speed fast enough for you so you go more then half throttle? Sounds like your trying to go into 2nd prime for the added pick up.

Would the superchips 3895 flashpaq help with my shift points? (Which seem to be out wack since the intake and exhaust)

mine trans did the same thing. i got new fluids and filters and the mechanic said everything was fine and didnt even need new fluids. i dunno. since i put bigger tires on now it kinda exaggerated it more. im also in market for tuner soon to see if it help out. around town ive been leaving overdrive off ( under 40mph) just gets up and goes better without it dicking around looking for what gear it wants to stay in

I just put new spark plugs in and it actually fixed the problem. When was the last time you did a tune up?

10-4 the trans works off engine load vs spark, vs timing and a list of other stuff to determin what its sopp to do. Really wish it was like old stuff and just hooked up and had no computer controlled trans....
