Smart or not worth it?

A local guy is selling an unlocked pcm from his 2015 ram 1500 sport for $125 but I can probably get it for $100 canadian which is around $80-85 US. He is also selling a Trinity t1000 for $200 but can probably get it for $175 canadian or $145 US. I know I'd have to buy both if I want the tuner but would it be worth it for just the pcm if the tuner isn't worth it?

Yes my truck is a 2021.

I don't plan on doing anything crazy to the truck but a small lift and bigger tires. I might add a Cai or something like that plus some exhaust work.

The prices just seem great is why I ask.

Better do some digging on the Trinity,i'm not sure if it'll work on a 2021,and i don't think Diablo supports them anymore.
Ask the guys on here if you can reprogram a 15 PCM to your 2021 VIN using AlphaOBD,i think you can,but i'm not positive.You'll also need the bypass cable to be able to tune it.
