Start up sequence?

Dumb question here, I just got 2016 1500 longhorn with 5.7 , I noticed two red telltale lights blinking a few times then goes away when I start the truck . Is this a systems check ? There’s no stored messages anywhere . Am I missing something. The Manuel doesn’t really clarify

Take a picture of the lights and post them. Did you take to a shop and have a scanner read for any codes? Do lights appear every time in start up, and for how long? Do they ever come on while driving?
