Sunroof Problem/Replaced Still Leaking

Not sure where to post this but heres the story, I bought the 2009 dodge ram Laramie pre owned, the sunroof was not closing properly and only worked in tilt mode, trying to slide it back would shift the sunroof and jam up, so I bought a sunroof with rails complete with motor as well, installed it and it closes opens perfect, but it still leaks at both rear corners, is there a certain way to install these? maybe its not sealing right when it closes ? is there a way to adjust them so that it seals right? the rubber seal around the sunroof is perfect condition no cracked or rips at all. any help would be appreciated, by the way the drain tubes are all cleared so I know its not that.
