Pulled into my driveway tonight and low and behold looked at my rims and all the weights a re stripped off. Some were even in my driveway!!! I was wondering why my ride was so ruff the past week been so busy I just dint even care. Wow. I mean I have one weight left on one wheel holy ****!

They are the 3m ones and this rims shop who's been doing my rims forever did them for some reason these rims have been a Hassel from day one I'm thinking tommrow I'm gonna get rid of em

Weird. Must have been dirty or Grimy residue on the rims. Weird all of them would come off through.

Brand new rims? Maybe had some sort of residue on them or tire shine if you had cleaned them prior to installing. I'd clean them with something like brake clean and get em balanced again before giving up haha

After you get home from the re-balancing, put a decent coat of clear silicone over them.

Thats a good idea. I wonder how that will look tho on the All black.. I am almost ready to just get new ones. If I told u guys the story from the beginning u might agree lol but its a book and half and it's worse than twilight and my little pony mixed lol

So decided to go and get them fixed new weights on and now rides ruff as ****. We decided to put new tired on tommrow even tho these are brand new. If this doesn't work new rims it is!!!

So new balancing with weights, AND new tires didn't fix the problem?
It must be either the shop doing the work or the rims themselves.

Rule #1 for bonding - make sure the surfaces are clean.
Rule #2 for bonding - repeat rule #1.
Rule #3 for bonding - see rule #2.
Rule #4 for bonding - verify proper completion of rule #3.

Sounds like the shop who installed the peel and stick wheel weights did not read the rules for bonding.

3M stickey tape, when properly applied, is darn near permanent.

I've seen a tire shp here where I know the guys, putting 35x12.5x20 mudders on a raptor and the tire once mounted was 14 oz out on one spot. taking the tire off and spinning the rim only showed it was definitely the tire...BRAND ******* NEW $800 DOLLAR EACH TIRES!! wtf. just thought it was messed up is all.

Mud tires are odd like that. You have brands that can get the balance with them perfect to were you won't even have to add weight and then you have some companies that don't can and say its a mud tire its supposed to be rough and 14oz isn't unhread of when you are trying to get it close enough to roll down the road and seat to the wheel.

Come to the sad fact it was Def the tires... Changed the tired twice today. And low and behold........ Tires. The shop I happen to go to is rated best shop in my state. But I happen to be friends with these guys since high school. Ahh so long ago.. Damn it o feel so old!!! Any ways after hour and hours in the hot sun and the hot ass garage.. U would think all the money they make and they have a box fan.. Man am I ranting or what?? Back on track here. After all the hour in the hot ass garage and tire after tire set lexani take the cheese! Beats pirrelli p0's btw they rude smooth as can be... But as I was at the shop I did take some good pic for you guy!!!

Here are some.. Check this ford guy out... This shop does all the work for the local ford's.. They bring them in stock and my guys do all the custom weather it's lower or jacked up color coated or blacked out these guys do it all. The guys pulls up with the sticker and says should bought a Ford. I said if I wanted a expensive ************* lol.. Sticker with mods after my guys are done was 78,900 can u ******* beleve it!!! And they get it all day here in fl!!!!!
