I just bought a 2021 2500 tradesman but it has the upgraded interior (carpet, electronic 4wd shift, 8" uconnect etc.). I went to install my dash cam by tapping off a fuse under steering wheel dash and when I popped the panel off I learned there is no internal fuse box. While under there though I found this connector hanging out: https://imgur.com/sxQsX0r. It is under the steering wheel kick panel to the right. Does anyone know what this is for? I was trying to get an idea before poking around with a multimeter. What is everyone else doing for power here? I am hesitant to pull the dash apart on a brand new truck and risk scratching something or breaking a clip. Any easy places to get a cable through the firewall direct from the battery or fuse box out there?
