I finally had some time to get the Cruise Control and Tailgate recall done, while the truck was there had them do an oil change. It was ok done fairly quickly. As I was leaving the dealership I put it in reverse the video was washed out looking. Thought nothing of it as it was a bright sunny day. Now the images are all black and white and reversed so the left is actually the right and the right is actually the left. Called them a few times only to be told I MUST deal with the same service guys, except he isn’t in or will not call me back or pick up when I call. I love the truck but I hate having RAM touch it.

The cable may just be loose. If it's the connector from the tailgate to the truck it's a few second fix. If it's in the tailgate it's a few minutes to open the tail gate access door and adjust the connector.

I opened up the access door everything seemed nice an tight. Moved around the wires all seemed well and now it is working.

Thank You
Hopefully this will last.

I ended up zip tying the connection under the access panel to the tailgate frame. It’s held in by a plastic piece but had at least 1" of play. Now mine works flawlessly, will see if the repair is permanent.
