I was driving on the hwy yesterday about 65-70 MPH when my truck suddenly decided it was a good idea to show me the red lightning bolt on the dash, accompanied by limp mode and a rough idle when I pulled over. I turned the truck off and on and it went away, I have had no issues with it until today when I decided to clean the throttle body, it was caked black with buildup on the back and the front was just a bit dirty. I of course sprayed TB Cleaner onto it and all of the gunk is gone, it looks brand new. The issue came when I put it back onto my truck, I plugged it back in and mind you I did not remove the battery terminals when I removed the TB, I plugged in the MAF as well for my cold air intake. When I did the relearn process for it I went to start the truck and it clicked once and felt like it wanted to turn over, it did not start and still will not. No smells or any leaks of any kind, just no start at all. I have tried depressing the pedal while turning the key, nothing. This is a bit frustrating, does anybody know what could be going on with it.

2007 ram 1500 with the 5.7 hemi. 250k Miles on the truck, all original motor and trans.

Does the engine turn over when trying to start?
It turned over once, I felt it start to turn over and began to start as normal but then it died out. I just now went back out and swapped a new TB onto it and it fired right up after doing yet another re-learn and disconnecting the batteries for a bit(Around 30 minutes). It was super odd and I guess something went wrong with the original or I made a mistake possibly when cleaning it. I did disconnect it and the battery before removing the OG unit, I did brush it lightly with a brush and used a decent amount of Throttle Body cleaner spray so I am not entirely sure what could have happened with the old unit. From my knowledge that was the original TB on the truck and it had a thick layer of black carbon buildup on the back of it before I got done cleaning it up. Thanks for the reply man, I was able to get her running again!
