no spark and no fuel can anyone please help

. I own a 2004 dodge ram 1500 that has the 4.7. it has been converted from automatic to a standard transmission. the people I got it from are who swapped it and idk what all they did but I had to push a button under the steering wheel to start the tuck after I turned the key on. after father inspection I found the pink and green wires under dash was cut with new ones ran from the big plug under dash and the original ones were left hanging but everything worked so blew it off because it ran great no problem's other than it would die when I would down shift from like 3rd to 2nd and held the cutch in. now let me explain issue I had before the issue that brought me here.
problem #1 truck would turn on have fuel pump but crank no start
solution to problem #1 replaced crank sensor did not fix so did research and put a jumper wire on ASD relay truck started so I rolled with it like that.
fast forward about 2 weeks

pick my gf up from work truck ran fine got home killed it went in the house. 5am the very next morning leaving to take gf to work. got in the truck crank no start fuel pump wasn't kicking on since that horrible morning almost 10 months I have
replaced ignition switch
replaced crank sensor
replaced fuel pump
replaced the fuse box
and replaced ECU
iv been all over the wiring and all iv found is when the truck is on the rear lights barely stay lit up in a shorted out looking way so I completely removed them and there wiring that changed nothing when I jump the fuel relay at the fuse box the pump will kick on but the truck still wont start
when I turn my key on the truck takes a second to turn on not very long just tiny bit longer then normal the immobilizer light is not flashing on dash or nothing the truck powers up like there's nothing wrong other then the fuel pump not coming on and there's no spark. this is driving me crazy and I do not want to get rid of my dodge its a badass truck and I'm going to fix it I just don't know what to do please help.

Is your truck equipped with an inertia swich?

I agree with the above post - you definitely bought someone else's problems. You have cut wires in the ignition, who knows where else? You are putting in jumpers as permanent fixes, but you need to track down WHY those jumpers need to be in place. You may need to start looking for complete wiring harnesses, pulling out the old and putting in the new.
