Grabbed my 04 hemi about two months ago, and I'm about to start the overhaul. I'm enlisted military, school is paid for, and nothing but my truck to spend money on (besides your normal bills and savings). Anyway, I love the truck, and it does get down the road in a hurry for a stock full size, but it's not quite enough coming off a turbo 'stang. So, I think its play time. This is the general order I want to do things in, but if anybody has input, throw it out there! Already have a diablo intune. Suggestions, suggestions, suggestions!!!

LT coated Headers, X mid's, duals strait out the back. 3" whole way
2800 Stall TQ
6.1 Intake manifold, P&P
P&P Heads
CompCams 262, compatible springs, retainers, rods
Turbo

Ah, junior enlisted single guy pay, miss those days. Just remember to put some away for later on down the road (the voice of 16 yrs enlisted experience). Is it a quad cab or reg cab? I wouldn't bother with the 6.1 intake on your 3rd gen cyl heads unless you intend to put 6.1 or eagle heads on it. The thing I see missing is gears.

Gears are gonna be the last thing I do. Gonna see what numbers she's puttin out, and how its doin' on the 3.56's. Definitely putting a full lock rear diff in, but I'm not sure about the gear change yet.

Putting the 6.1 intake on because I can get one already ported and pollished for cheaper than I can send mine off to get it done (no idea why). Plussss, I dont really want to boost plastic. Just seems like a recipe for some bad juju to go on. The inlet tube is facing the front of the truck, instead of the passenger side, so itll be 10 times easier to run the pipes from the intercooler if i can come up both sides of the block, instead of both on one side. But we shall see, thats down the road a smidge.

Are you going to build your own front turbo mount or run the rear STS kit? I would highly recomend going to a fordged rotating asm also built for boost. Your also going to need a step colder plugs and a set of injectors along with some other odds and ends. What kind of miles are on the motor currently?
