Tow/haul Button not working.

Hello, We are having issues with the tow/haul butts n not turning on the traction control will not engage either. We had the fuses checked. I know in the tundras there is a way to disable these features. Is that the same with the 2018 Big Horn Dodge ram 5.7L hemi?
