So as the title says, these are not working, the lights on the buttons don't work (both sides), but the cruise control works, there is also no check engine light or airbag light on. I already pulled the steering wheel to check all the connections and wires, checked all the recommended fuses. The majority of the search results suggest clock spring as culprit. Now if I move the steering wheel around I can get very tight spots where the buttons start working again and the lights on the buttons work. Before I pull the trigger on the clock spring module, (surely it has to be that right?) is there anything else it could possibly be, didn't see any damage to the wires in the steering wheel as I've seen the button controller could also be the issue, but with being able to turn the wheel and get it working I wouldn't think that would be it.

Folks seem to think it's the clock spring, but I'd like to suggest first looking to see if the steering wheel harness recall was ever performed on the truck. If not (and it's the problem) it's a free repair to you. You can check by creating an account on the MOPAR owners portal website.

It was the clock spring, I replaced it and now everything works again. Thanks.
Hey, I have the exact same issue as you. I’m just wondering where did you buy your clock spring from because I tried two and I’ve had no luck. I’m just wondering maybe if they were not good quality so did you get yours originally from Dodge?
