Tow hook bolt size

I have a 2014 ram 2500 hemi 4x4 and just got a used front bumper guard. Only thing I'm missing are the bolts for the tow hook area. Does anyone know what size the bolts are and if washers are needed?
My local dealer said the bolts are on indefinite back order with no pending date and couldn't give me any size info.
Appreciate any help with this. Thank you in advance.

Brackets and tow hooks from a 2021 2500. We re-used a lot of the bolts when we mounted the Warn Transformer basket for the 16,500 pound Warn winch.

Not sure these are exactly the same as the 2018 and earlier but hopefully it helps.
