Truck shutters on take off

Truck is making a wierd shutter / vibration when first moving vibrates the whole truck. 3000 miles ago outer axle seal went out, so I replace both side seals and bearing diff fluid was low and milky probably got water in from launching boat. Surprised there was not to many metal shavings on magnet. What cud be causing this shutter are my limited slip clutch’s shot? I put full synthetic fluid with the limited slip additive all ready added.

Mine has a minor shudder while taking off and it's a problem with my rear ABS. I haven't had time to look at it but it threw a code.
