I've noticed a small decline in performance going over the mountains hauling a large horse trailer with 10ft living quarters.
Yesterday the turbo boost was around 2 to 12psi. No warnings, codes etc... just poor performance. The coolant, transmission and oil were all at normal range.

Is it possible that a cleaner would help? If so, which one to try?
I found this online:

Is there a good tutorial video to watch? Is the "special tool" required? Or is there some tool I'd already have that will work just as well?
