unknown hose

Anyone have any idea what this possible vacuum line is suppose to go to, the one by the plug wires? It is on a 2001 ram 5.9.

What's it coming out of, is it just hanging there?

If it has a green stripe on it, its a vent line not a vac line.

Thanks guys it does have a green line on it, just got the truck couple weeks ago sorting out all the vacuum leaks it had.
