Did you do a throttle relearn?

Did you use OE sensors from a reputable source? Amazon and ebay are polluted with counterfeit parts, in counterfeit packaging, too.

Our Rams can be tempermental with aftermarket sensors.

was it fine before the oil pump replacement? what was the reason for replacement. Also what did you take apart to do the job just the oil pan and timing cover? or did you pull intake ect and all that? could be a vacuum leak ect. Another thing to check make sure you put the plug wires back on correctly if you did pull the intake.

It had a tick and I was losing oil pressure. I removed heads to check lifters and timing cover to replace the oil pump but that was about it

make sure all of your push rods are in the correct slots very common to accidently put some into the oil drains remove valve covers make sure they all move.
