I’ve had 3 different bedcovers thinking they were the issue, but I still get some water in the corners near the tailgate. Anyone know how to help prevent this ?

What bed covers have you used? Unless its a hard folding cover its going to leak a little there's just no avoiding it. I have an Undercover Elite ordered for my truck(this will be my third one) and they don't leak at all but of course they are all the one piece hard folding type.

So I’ve had my new ram since March, we finally started to get decent rain and I started to notice that I’m getting water in my bed as well. I have the hard tri-fold cover.

There are several websites that carry the Ram Tailgate Seal

If you close your tailgate after dark & use a flashlight
You can easily see the gap

There's no seal on the tailgate to the bed. If you think the ram is bad, my old tundra had huge gaps at the front of the bed that would leak like crazy.
