So, I pulled the TIPM today, all ready to solder in the by pass relay. Much to my surprise, I found a pin in the 50 (blue) connector completely corroded off. I pulled the TIPM and I'm going to "try" to repair it by soldering in a new pin. We'll see how these old eyes and shaky hands work out.
I checked MAKS but at almost $700 US (about a million CDN) I think I'll try a repair first.

Anybody just solder in new pins?

Just a thought, there is an electrically conductive liquid solder. Haven't used it, possibly soneone has. In terms of repairs, you guys are far beyond my best, and that was before computerized cars!

Well, most of the time it is the undersized relay that is the problem but, this time, it is a pin corroded off. Use so happens that it is the pin 40 fuel pump control.
