What are these holes for?

Forgive me, I’m new what are these holes for in the front bumper mounts? I would think for tow hooks but there’s only two on each side

Definitely not for tow hooks. I’m guessing you bought this truck used. Looks like a previous owner mounted something there. Maybe some kind of light. It’s not stock.
