This is located under the hood on the drivers side at the back close to the firewall

Some type of connection for wires where the 4 blocked ports weren't used at factory. On my 2018 I have that near same spot and it is for my internal auxiliary switches, I would use one of the red plugged ports for power out for each switch if I added a fuse for whichever port I was using.
