When it stays below freezing for weeks and weeks, its impractical to rinse and wash a truck. Even the local car wash shuts off when the temps are close to zero. So.... most of us remove the liners, undercoat the area, and then reinstall. Without the plastic liners, ice builds up on everything around the wheel well. For those of us without a warm garage, it gets to the point that the rear tires rub. The fender liners have enough flex to make the ice easier to knock off.

I do not have plastic liners. There is just metal there.I'm looking for plastic inserts or something to coat the existing metal that is there to keep the water and salt from getting through and rotting my bed sides.Sorry I can't provide pics,no cell phone or camera.
You can order the proper wheel liner from rockauto.com
Just make sure that your truck fits description
