Wire Connection of LED lights on After Market Grill

I installed an aftermareket front grill on my truck. it has 3 LED lights on it with a wiring harness included. I would like to connect it so that the LED lights are always on as if they are running lights.

Would someone help me with a good location to connect them and the best way to connect.
