wont start

i have a 2004 with A 5.7 i was going down the road an it made a little popping sound and cut off an now wont start back helpppppp.

Is it turning over at all? Or just tryin to start and won't fire? Need a little more info

Going to need a little more info than that...like HB said is it trying to turn over or not giving you anything at all?

A little popping sound could easily be a fuse. Have you checked them all?

it is turning over. i checked the fuses and they are good. can u take a test light and check the fuel pump plug or do you need to use a multi meter?

I don't think they've got an inline filter. Just the strainer on the bottom of the pump in the tank.

You should be able to hear the pump kick on when you turn the key on

Mark is correct the filter is in the tank. Did the pop sound like a back fire or what?
