Well, apparently their support is non-existent. Someone else from HBS emailed me asking for some info. Supplied all of the info. Its been over a week now since last contact and I have sent emails regarding the status. What a joke this companies support is. Definitely will never deal with them again.
Funny, because at one time I thought they made a high quality product. While I understand that even the highest quality products can have occasional defects, the support with HBS is just not there. Disappointing really. I do believe they make quality products but when a situation arises when a product fails, a quality company will back their product like HBS **CLAIMS** to do.

So Ive sent multiple emails and even gave them a call. No one will give any support on this. I guess I am SOL. I can understand a product being defective but I do not understand why HBS will not give support on the issue. Its ******* ridiculous and absurd that they flat ignore the issue and will not even work with me to resolve. Id personally stay away from their products as they obviously do not stand behind them.
