So Saturday I made the jump and purchased the S&B CAI. Today I received an email that it has shipped! Can't wait to get it installed!

Edit: Let me add another Moe's is awesome! I just checked the tracking number to get an idea as to when it will be delivered and it will be here TOMORROW!!

No, I literally placed the order 30 seconds before posting. I thought I'd read mention of including a cleaning kit with the purchase of the CAI and logged on to see if I could find that when I saw the comment about the scoop.

As I was reading the instructions I read that the nylon bolt and washer go under the fender liner. Does that mean the bolt does not hold the liner in place, or that the bolt holds it in place and the washer goes between the frame and liner?

I don't know if the 13 is different from the 10-12, but there are 2 bolts on the outside of the fender that look like I don't have to remove it. Does that seem correct? Also, what's the purpose of moving the wiring harness?

You should have 2 bolts and washers in the airbox, and then the nylon locking nuts with 2 more washers on the underside of the fender liner to secure it in place.
