I took off the badges on my white Ram today and there are many spots that I can still see where they were. Almost a yellowing of where they were located along with some light black lines. I have to look decently close to see it though. What can I do to correct this? I don't have a machine polisher and hoping to do this by hand but have zero experience. Thanks!

the yellowing is ghosting. Try clay bar, then maybe some light rubbing compound and a good waxing. That would get the paint clean again, but might take a little while for the ghosting to disappear.

This is what i have read, but i would trust what the guys at adams say

So I'm guessing that Revive would be best because it is meant to be used by hand? Also, will it get the black lines off? I can't feel them with my fingernail but I can't clean them off either.

Sorry for the slow response, I was offline for the weekend!

Revive would be your easiest choice, but it will likely take a machine polish to take care of them.

What kind of machine/polishes do you have in your arsenal?
