88 Gear Indicator Linkage

Shifter works for the Automatic gear selector.

But Haynes & Chilton do not say how to fix the Gear Indicator linkage.

Mine does not move.

Where can I find a good set of directions (with 8x10 photo glossies with descriptions on the back) and the parts?

there is no linkage. there is just a cable that runs from the indicator to a shaft that is off the steering column behind the dash.

So where do I find directions and photos (and any needed parts) to gets this
fixed?

can't really say without looking. the cable could have broke or someone took it a apart and just didn't hook it up. you would really need to take it apart to see.
