2007 RAM 1500 Sport HEMI Build

Hey guys,

I'll be posting updates of my truck on here. It's an Electric Blue 2007 Ram 1500 5.7 HEMI. Bought it with 137k and now has 140k. I bring it to all the local Mopar and car shows. I love my new truck...way better than my old F150!

I'm big into detailing. I use all Technician's Choice/ Smartwax wax and paint sealers to give the paint a nice gloss.

Mods to date:

Mopar Fender Flares (came with truck)
35% front window tints
K&N Cold Air Intake
Husky Floor Liners
De-badged doors and tailgate
R/T grill and tailgate badge
Flowmaster 40 Muffler Swap
TonnoPro Lo-Roll Bed Cover
Anzo LED Tail Lights
Bully Dog GT HEMI Tuner (Regular Tune)

Installed my 60" LED Rampage light strip today. Ordered it from JEGS for $35. Well worth it!

I like it. My anzo one crapped out on me. I might go for that one too, seems like a good deal. Check out my thread if you want to. Might give you some ideas since we have the same year truck. It's in member trucks titled 2007 ram madness.

Installed a Flowmaster 40 last month. I like it. No drone like everyone complains about. I still have the resonator on, but I might take it off.

Here's a couple recent pics. Tried out a new wax. It's called SmartWax. Very good stuff!

Added some more goodies to the Ram over the past week. Took advantage of TonnoPro's Black Friday deal of $30 off and purchased a Lo-Roll cover. I'm happy with it. Nice low profile and a very tight seal.

Also got some Anzo LED tail lights from member Harley Harrold (Thanks!) These suckers are bright! I just wish that the reverse lights were LED as well, but I'm still happy!

My OEM rocket ship lights are for sale if anyones interested.

Sharp truck! You can buy a LED bulb for your reverse lights. That's what I did.

Installed a Bully Dog GT HEMI Tuner last week. Bought it from my friends father for only $150. Installed the Regular tune. It's a noticeable difference from stock. haven't really gotten to play with it because of the snow. No real fuel mileage gains. Tuner reads 13 average, truck guage reads 15.8? Here's some bad phone pics of it.

Nice man I like it. I bought one from a guy a while back but he forgot to un marry it from his truck that he sold, so I gave it back. You should do an led swap in that truck, that green doesn't match your blue. Lol

That's exactly what happened to me! I went to install it and it said "unlocking computer" for like 3 hours! I unplugged it and called Bully Dog the next week and they showed me how to find out if it was still registered under another truck. Sure enough it was registered under an 06 2500. Bully Dog cleared it and updated it all free of charge! I was very satisfied with there service!

I want to get a brow tint on my front window next.

Damn. I called when I had mine and they told me I was **** out of luck unless I paid like $250 to have it cleared. I told them forget that. Lol

So me and my buddy swapped rims yesterday. Right now it's a just a test swap to see how we like em. He might wanna do an even trade for my stock 20's cuz he's sick of the mud tire hum.

Here's his 34.5" Nitto trail Grapplers mounted on 18" Fuel Hostages on my truck. I like it, but I kinda miss the chrome!

Dude keep em! That look is way more badass than the chrome. Too bad they don't have more of an offset. I say black out your emblems and get the night runner headlights and you'd be set.

Also, I like how you are just parked in the middle of the road, on the wrong side... lol

I agree on everything but add a leveling kit to the list to lol

I like the look of the tires, needs a leveling kit if you guys do wind up swapping. Those wheels are actually the Fuel Octane's, not the Hostage, which IMO is better because it's not overused on everything. The Hostage used to be an awesome wheel, but since Fuel has gotten more and more designs over the years the prices on the Hostage have dropped and now everyone and their dogs are buying them because they're priced competitive to cheaper brands like American Racing or Ultra.
