well guys i decided it was time to do some customization to my truck. so i decided to plasti dip my rims and bumpers and also painting my calipers red. gonna be fun so heres some starter/teaser pics hope you enjoy the build? lol

tires off the truck ready for cleaning

one tire clean

hmm wat to do with these

think i have an idea

both tires clean

bumper driverside clean

bumper passenger side clean

outlining the ram head

cut the ram head out i think idea of mine is gonna be sweet

both rear center caps

They are proving to be a challenge lol. The plasti dip doesn't want to stick to it.

back on the truck looks good yes?

brakes off and ready for paint

one caliper painted

both rear calipers painted and now drying

rear rims ready for paint

first layer of plasti dip on

gonna finish the rear of the truck up by the end of tomorrow then hoping to have front end done by end of sunday.

Looks really good! Gah! Now i wanna do my Calipers.. And more motivation for me to finally get out there and take the time to dip my Bumpers/Grille..

Hahaha yea its been interesting so far. Just not looking forward to refilling all the brake fluid and calipers lol but love how the bumper turned out.

i took the rear bumper off and it was pretty simple, if you look through the pics ill be uploading shortly you will see i left the front bumper on, since im running low on time lol

sorry these are late i totally spaced it on the red stripe and i was working on it till like 11pm last night. but heres where im sitting at now.

last coat going on

finished

caliper put back together

back on the truck

laying the red

rear tires drying

and they are done!!!

front calipers sanded and ready for paint

front bumper taped up and calipers painted

first coat on

front tire getting first coat

the other tire is a little bit behind cause i needed to go get more pinstripping tape but its coming along good should have finished pics around 9pm tonight.

yea me too its such a pain tho trying to do it while using the plasti dip, but heres a few more pics and im pretty much done for now gotta wait for the calipers to finish drying.

last coat on almost ready for unveiling

and the front bumper is done

both front rims drying

made a mistake on second rim so it is a little behind the one on the ground

there we go both painted red now drying

well this project has been fun cant wait for it to be done lol
