Sounds good, does you idle stay up or was it just cold out? Shoot me a pm and I can add you to the cam listing in the 3rd gen performance section.

it was cold out. it sits aroun 700 now. its gotten significantly cooler here in texas... very little problems with the superchips tuning. it stalled one time as the pcm was learning the cam then a few more times after i replaced the battery as it had to learn the cam again.

Are you saying you used the SC3815 to adjust the idle to 700? Or that is just normal for your truck? What did the truck idle at before the cam install?

Thanks,

Thanks,

it idled a little higher than 700 i would say 850 before the cam. then just loaded the performance 91 tune and the idle settled lower on its own. i havent even adjusted shift schedules with the superchips. just the one tune and it went back in the glovebox

That's higher than normal, but with a cam installed it is all good. Sounds good. Do you have a 0-60 mph time?

no not yet. it tends to spin the tires relentlessly from a dead stop.
