I checked eBay and they say they're for years 09-16 so they should fit with no problem.

I can't imagine that they wouldn't work. There's no different electrical connection, you unplug your harness with the bulb still attached from your housing and plug them into the quad housing. If you search the site someone might have already answered for sure it like I said, you still use your plugs and harnesses so everything should work the same.
