That would work too! Im short so my first step is usually on the ball itself lol.
I'm 6'3" and find it beneficial. It looks good, serves as a step and bumper protection. I love mine and it comes in 3 finishes if I'm not mistaken.

Been bored looking for some cheap stuff to do... Stumbled upon wish.com based on comments on this thread. May pick up some Dodge logo valve stem caps and latch covers for ***** and giggles. Also tempted to pull the trigger on a knock off trijicon ACOG scope for my ACR for $160

Easy install ? Those look really sharp! Did you notice a difference in grip because I find stock a tad slippery

The brake pedal took about 30 minutes, as for the grip I didn’t notice a difference did it for pure looks.

I know it’s boring but I got some license plate lights on amazon and some reverse bulbs. The license plate lights are good as they light up the plate with a white/blue light and it doesn’t glare into the camera when reversing. The reverse lights are decent. For the prices can’t go wrong [emoji106]

Took a pic of the license plate lights. There isn’t a big enough selfie stick to take a pic of my reverse lights though lol

Doesn’t fit the criteria for mods under $100![emoji12]

I got it because I have no real future plans for towing, and the square hole just looked so out of place, but didnt want to attach a ball hitch or anything of the sort. I dig it.

The lighted Ram logo is impressive too

For those that have done the cabin filter mod or you have one in your truck already as I do, I picked up this air filter and so far its great. I got an 'open box' (actually new) for $12 on Amazon but even $18 isnt bad. Takes less than five minutes to install. Seeing what the dealer charges to have this replaced makes me want to barf!Capture.PNG

I saw that..But the reviews are hit or miss and it looks a little too mid 2000s autozone mod for me. But thinking the way I did back then, I will say I wanted it when I first saw it lol. This one I got is tasteful and subtle imo. Nothing against anyone with the light up!

I just changed the cabin air filter (and the engine air filter) on my wifes car last night. Looking at the 36 month/30K mile service that Lexus will charge me 400.00 for, the only "change" things in it are oil, oil filter, engine and cabin air filters. So for 30.00 in filters I saved a whole ton of money and it took less time to change them then 1/4 of the drive to the dealer even if I were dumb enough to pay them to do it.

It just SEEMS like an invasive process lol. But it was so easy I laughed and couldnt believe I considered having someone else do it!

I havent had to do the one on my RAM yet, but our '15 Lexus was the first car that I didnt have to "break" the evap cover off of. The other cars Ive had seem to have it molded from the factory with stress lines already built in, so you snap the cover off the first time you need to change the filter then screw it back on when done. Weird, but our Lexus had all the covers snapped in and ready to unsnap. Took about 4 minutes.
