I was out of town for several days and my truck sat in the driveway while I was gone. When I got back I decided to start it and let it run since a strong cold front came in. The battery was dead so I took the battery to AutoZone last night and got a new one (200$) and put it in and cranked up fine. Now I've noticed that the flashers will flash randomly like I pushed a button on my key fob but it doesn't seem to unlock/lock the doors...it just flashes for no apparent reason. Is there something that needs to be reset? I called a local Dodge dealer to speak with someone but they weren't in their office and I left a voicemail but haven't heard back. Any body got any ideas?

Stabbing guess are maybe the FOB press pad keys have shifted and making intermittent contact or maybe a corrosion issue on a connector on the TIPM?

Good luck.

Hi The Mighty Boognish,

If you decide to visit your local dealership for further diagnosis I'd be happy to follow up with them for you if needed. Just PM our page with your VIN and let me know!
