I know....thanks a lot for all your help brother.

When it comes to this stuff, I can be so indecisive.

I don't want to build something, then see it in person & go

"What the .....that's not how I wanted it to look! "

All of the Sport models I see in Ontario have the whites out.

I'm going to sell those anyway & get some narrower Goodyear Duratracs 275-65-20's to run on the factory 20's for winter.

I'm finally getting into a Ram after drooling over this truck for years.

My 2016 Bright White Ram 1500 Sport Crew arrived at the dealership.

I still have to wait because it's gonna be fitted with a few goodies before I take it home.

Thanks to everyone on this forum who helped me make my choices.

4" Superlift - I want to be able to garage it.

The shop doing the work is powder coating the components of the lift for better rust protection.

20x9 XD Rockstar 2's -12mm offset

Cooper STT Pro tires 35x12.5x20

Bushwacker Painted Matched Pocket Flares

Mopar Bedrug

Ambient Lighting

Black Ram performance hood decal

Retrax One MX Tonneau Cover

I'm also getting the Iron Cross HD Steps later in June. Apparently Iron Cross needs to fabricate a bracket for direct bolt onto the 2016 model Ram because of a slight change in the bolt holes underneath the 16 Ram.

Can't wait to get this thing.

That is a sweet looking truck. Enjoy!

Still haven't taken delivery yet. The dealership modifies a lot of Rams so they were backlogged.

It's getting to be a long wait though....hoping to have it by next Saturday.

Apparently they are still waiting on the Mopar Bedrug & Ambient Lighting to arrive......not sure why the parts weren't ordered when I placed my factory order...but oh well.

The dealer took these for me.....I still haven't seen it.

Well I got my ride & have some issues that need to be resolved by the dealer.

Don't get me wrong....I love the truck, but when you go over everything detail by detail with the dealer & factory order the truck to get exactly what you want....you don't expect such obvious miscommunications. Besides the dealer had the truck for over a month before I finally got it. Is that not enough time to get things right?

The dealer didn't order any of the accessories until the truck had already arrived. They told me they can't order the parts until they have it. When they ordered the Ambient Lighting they discovered it was no longer available. I called Mopar Canada & they said it was discontinued but could be sourced from a US dealer with no problem. So that's going to be ordered & installed at a later date once it arrives.

I arrived at the dealer to pick up the Ram. Instead of the Ram Performance Hood Decal I ordered, they installed the standard hood decal (which doesn't align properly with the flared nostrilled hood).

So I'm having a look over my new truck when I see the sales guy take a cloth a give one of my Bushwacker fender flares a wipe. So I take a closer look & see that there are clearcoat runs in the fender & it looks like it has had the crap buffed out of it.....totally swirl marked & blotchy...noticeable even on Bright White.

I later examined the rest of the fender flares & they all have signs of clearcoat paint run & buffing. I also noticed that the rubber edge protector had also pulled away in a couple of places.

I requested & paid for the "pre-painted at the factory" Bushwacker Pocket Flares. What I got was the ready to paint version that didn't turn out so well.

Other minor issues I've discovered is the base of the antenna is all chewed....I'm unsure how what would happen.

The driver's side vent on the performance hood is popping out & won't pop back into place.

The bedrug tailgate portion...the adhesive isn't holding it in place.

When I picked the truck up the Retrax tonneau was fully open because my factory wheels were in the bed. Once I got home, after I removed the tires, I discovered I couldn't latch or lock the tonneau cover in place. The install was done poorly with the rails not lining up equally down the length of the box. I had to uninstall the tonneau & start over after reading over the instructions thoroughly. I wish I was more of a handyman....would have been much easier then I think.

I contacted the dealership this morning & they apologized & agreed to get these issues resolved. This dealership has a decent reputation with their customers with nothing but positive reviews, so I'm optimistic for a positive end result.

Good news for the guys inquiring....it fits into my garage with room to spare.

I have 82 3/4" opening due to the weatherstripping & have no problems.

That sucks for all the issues, hope they correct it all. Are they changing the decal out to the one you wanted? Just wondered cause the sport one for your hood would def look better!

Truck looks great man!

So I had the same issue with the hood piece. Brought it back and they popped it back in. Anyways they ordered me a new one but it hasn't moved since being fixed so I never went back for the new one!
