My 12' just hit 3,000 miles and just got it back from the dealer. Truck was stuck in 4th gear. Dealer had to replace PCM and engine wiring harness due to bad connection on PCM, the rubber boot did not seal good and water got into the connector.

My buddy also has a 13' thats been in the dealer for more than 30 total days. with electrical issues, He uconnect 8.4 kept freezing and going black. after a few trips into the dealer they replaced his radio he also started haveing issue with the gauge cluster where everything goes blank and like you shut the truck off and then they would come back on, dealer has had the truck and has been driving it chrysler and dealer dont have a clue of the problem.

Uconnect 8.4 freezing
Dash cluster going on and off
Power mirrors not working
Headlights fogging
Windshield wiper sensor goes on and off but dealership can't find anything wrong

AC went out around 3k miles. Took it to dealer they recharged it said it was good. 250 miles into an 1100 mile roadtrip it goes out again. 2 metal lines werent fitted together from the factory. Lazy boys in michigan can be thanked for that one. Outdoor temp gauge was inacurate, reflash fixed it. Thank god i upped my bumper to bumper warranty to 100k when i bought it.. all these threads about stupid ass electrical problems **** me off.. shoulda bought an older one....

The only issues I've had is when I first bought the truck I kept getting a warning light for water in my diesel fuel. After 5 trips to the dealer they finally acknowledged that I had a bad sensor. The truck has had no mechanical issues other than that.

Electrilcally, I have had both LED puddle lights burn out and replaced. In the 2500 the puddle lights are a small pod mounted under the side view mirror and each have two small LEDs. Within the first month one of the two LEDs in one of the pods went bad again. The 1500's puddle lights are far better than the 2500's IMO anyway. The rest of the truck has been perfect.
