Shock looks installed perfectly fine to me. Not that it's super helpful. :-(

My guess is that you got front springs for a crew cab or something.

What year is your truck? I called belltech a couple days ago and they said they don't make a lowering kit for a 2012 ram 1500.

My truck is a 2010.

I removed the shocks and lowered the truck but it did not make any difference. It was worth a try anyway.

Well at least you know the springs are the culprit... I'm guessing they are the wrong springs for your application.

The mystery appears to be solved after I talked with the Belltech folks. The springs I received in the kit are for a Chevrolet. WTF!!!!

I called Jegs and they were very apologetic and are sending me a set of front springs ASAP. I cannot complain about their customer service as they were right on top of it. Now I need to wait for the new springs, get them installed and hopefully I will be good to go.

Thank you all for your suggestions, etc I very much appreciate it.

Chevy springs fit on a ram? That's an interesting one. Wonder what else fits...

I received the replacement springs from Jegs and had the mechanic swap them out today. Looks 100% better with the correct springs installed.

Thanks to all who helped me work thru this issue.

Just looks so perfect. I love it man!
Sounds like I might be moving to a city... Won't need all that ground clearance...
