So i order the 2/4 drop from Belltach , 4 coils / 4 Performance shocks.
Has anyone cut a coil off the springs on this kit? Does anyone know if there is enough shock travel in the performance shock if i cut the springs? I would like to get close to a 3/5 if possible.

somebody did it with the mcgaughy kit, and got a 3/5 drop.

whooops. he had cut stock springs in front (2"drop), then cut the mcg 4" drop spring in the rear (for a 5" drop).
think he kept the stock shocks though.
if you get the BT shocks, those are lowered shocks, so you should be able to cut a little off the spring and be ok.
i run the BT street perf shock in the rear of my truck. and there is room to move with them.
