Lowering springs question

I'm going to buy some 2.5" lowering springs for 80 bucks tomorrow. He doesn't remember the brand just that he paid 210 for them new. Any way of figuring out the brand?

They may have some kind of identification on the coils. My Belltech have a product number on them but my crown suspension springs do not have any identification.

I've heard of the 2" lowering springs... mine are McGaughys. 2.5" should look cool. I love the way mine looks.

Wife won't let me have them til Christmas. Just setting in the basement taunting me. Thought about installing them and putting stock on the shelf and see if she notices.
