I put in Rancho Quicklift front shocks and Mevotech upper control arms last week and after the alignment today, my front measurement (ground to fender) went from 36.25" to 38.5" so the Ranchos are true to the 2.25" of lift. My rear is 39" leaving a 1/2" rake.
The ride is great, I set the shocks at 6 and its firmer than factory, not as bouncy as the factory shocks.
Overall im happy with how it turned out. I did coat the Mevotechs with bedliner spray to prevent rust and I like that they are greaseable balljoints. I may add 1" rear coil spacers to increase the rake height when towing. Or airbags...im not sure yet.
