Fox is making 2" coilovers but they are about 450.. bilsteins are only 200 probably another 100 to 150 to install / align unless I do it myself.

Anyone out here have the Fox ones... and for everyone running the bilsteins at 2.8, what are you guys doing for the backs... just a spacer?

I just run 1" spacers in the rear and bils and bills at 2.8 in the front.

What kind of spacer?? And wouldnt it be easier to just run at 2.1 with no spacer?

just a cheap rear steel spacers off ebay.

Really just a matter of how high you want your truck to set, 2.1 and no spacer is perfectly fine I just wanted mine setting higher and wish I would have done 1.5 or 2 in the rear that way its not nose high when loaded.

Many ways to go with the bils and rear spacers or not.

I'm also running them at 2.8 but like a little rake so I opted for 1.5" spacers in the rear. I tow regularly so the added benefit is the truck sits level when loaded instead of nose high. Like @69GWC said though, really all in what you want to do. Good luck

I chose the Fox and Zone UCA's and they ride fantastic. 50k truck, saw no reason to not do it right the first time. Plus Autoanything sold me the Fox for 383 apiece with free shipping. They are beautiful

I did 5100s front and rear. It didn't make sense to me to only upgrade the fronts and leave the cheap factory rears. Also not really a fan of spacers, I'd rather do it right with shocks and springs.

I did the Fox 2.0 front and rear. While the fronts are adjustable, I installed just as they came. Truck sits within 1/4" front to rear. I did not lift the rear. I wanted it level.

You're gonna have your shocks for years and thousands of miles. Spend a little extra and get the Fox.

Correct me if Im wrong but the Fox is also an adjustable dampening rate shock as well. This can tune the feel of the truck even greater. Knowing that I would have went with them over the Bils, but hindsight is 20/20

I did Bilstein 5100 front and rear. I had the front at 2.1" and a 1' deleon spacer in the rear. Looked pretty level to me.
I ended up replacing them with the Fox 2.0 front and rear and Zone UCAs. The Fox 2.0 fronts come set at 2" but can be adjusted and they have adjustable dampening. They say they are at 2" lift but if you ask me it looks like less than my Bias were at 2.1" so IDK. You can just them but you have to compress the spring to take the pressure off of the collar to do so.
The Fox 2.0s ride much nicer.......the Bils are a little stiff. The fox 2.0s are much more considering you can get a whole set of Bils for about what one front Fox 2.0 costs.

I had Deaver (they are local to me) make some that matched the progressive ones from Icon. I needed a little more load handling (becuase I was carrying a rack with a quad on it) while still keeping a decently soft ride.

yes, it will. i have mine set at 2.1 and it's level. hood makes it look nose high, but i checked it with a leveler and it's dead middle.

i was thinking of installing a 1/2" tpc spacer in the near future.
