I've got a 14 Ram 1500 4x4
Thinking about lifting it in the near future. I do a lot of highway driving. Don't do any extreme off roading. Was thinking along the lines of a 6in. I want it to sit high, but not that high, if that makes any sense. Any input would be appreciated. Never lifted any trucks before so yeah. Thanks in advance

How much are you wanting to spend?

What size wheels/tires are you going with?

What gears do you have?

The best bank for buck IMO would be Zone Lift because they are a sister company to BDS and they are solid. People have no issue with Rough Country or Superlift so its your preference.
I bought Zone for all the good reviews from this site

Depends on your budget. But I'd look at susuperlift, zone, or bds.

I kept losing my 2014 in the parking lot looking like every other ram so I put on a 4" Superlift with 35's. I didn't want to run 37 inch tires as most of my miles are highway, no off-roading. I couldn't be happier, it rides better than stock and has the stance I was looking for.

Just got my truck back today! Zone 4" with 3" rear coils and bilsteins at 1.4

I couldn't be happier so glad I went with the zone 4"

Drives better than stock

I would recommend a Zone 6" lift for your setup. That will give you a good quality lift with everything you need but still at a good price point. A 6" Zone lift with 5" rear coils and Bilstein 5100's is one of the most common setups I recommend. That will put you at a total of 7" of front end lift which is a good height for a 1500. From there you could either run 35x12.5's or 37x13.5's on the right wheels. All depends on the overall look you're going for.

I did the zone 4 inch lift with 35's and 3 inch coils in the rear. I'm running bills upfront set at 1.4. Couldn't be any happier with it rides extremely well.

Zone or Bds would be my pick. I have a rough country lift and have zero complaints but I prefer the way zone and bds lift the rear

Sorry for my lack of knowledge. But I see everyone talking about these bilsteins 1.4 1.8 or whatever. What exactly is that? The shock adjustment? I appreciate yalls help and these trucks look great! Even the 4in look dang good! If someone could post a 6in that'd be great! Thanks guys.

If I ran 35s with a 6in lift would that leave me with TOO much space in the wheel wells? I don't want it to look like I've got too small of tires on it. But I do drive hwy a lot so don't want to go higher than 35s. I've got 33s on it now

I think a 6 inch lift with 35's leaves too much of a gap. 4 inch lift with 35's is a perfect stand in my opinion.

The Bilsteins levels out the front end. On a 4 inch lift you adjust them to 1.4 and it puts you just about level. If you do a search you will see a lot of 6 inch lift with 35's on them.

This is a 6" fabtech lift with 35 12.50's the size they recommend to run. If you stuff to much tire under a lift it will rub when you articulate so keep that in mind.

4" BDS with Bilsteins up front at 1.4". 35" tires. Perfect look and stance in my opinion.

If doing again, I'd go with Zone. I love the BDS kit, but probably overkill for me.
