2013-15 fog lights

I'm in the process of adding factory fogs to my 15 tradesman and I've hit a wall on finding a part number. So dodge decided to make the foglight jumper wiring into 2 pieces. I've got the jumper that goes from foglight to foglight. It's the section that goes from the jumper up to the tipm (or whatever they call it now) the Mopar website doesn't show this section of wiring and the techauthorityonlinedemo.extra.chrysler.com site doesn't show anything either.

So I was hoping that someone with factory fogs could check their truck to see if there is a tag with a p/n on it. And if indeed that section runs from the jumper directly into the tipm.

Here is a pic of the connector that it comes from

This is the backside feeding from the truck. Obviously on non foglight equipped truck on the corresponding side is empty.

Pin #23 is white/yellow, left fog
Pin #24 is white/orange, right fog

At first I thought the wiring was there but couldn't find the connector. But turns out that the headlights use the same color wires.

I have a 2015 ram. It has a factory foglight button but no lights. the button work, door alarm goes off if you leave the lights on. I ordered new headlights that come with a set of fogs. Where do I find the wires under the hood? Or do I need a harness to goto the fuse box?
