Added Fender Strips Today

Decided to do something a little different today... or at least different for me.

I am pleased with the results. I like it.

SHOULD SAY STRIPES! Dang!! How to edit that??

Thanks dudes....

The vinyl was good quality. I bought these from a good eBay vendor.

Anyway, I followed the instructions.... used water in a spray bottle with a little soap and alcohol in it (for drying), prepped the area with rubbing alcohol. I sprayed it good and sprayed the decals good as well.... then worked the water out of it with a paper towel and a hard edge to act as a squeegee.

Thanks man..... I ordered Dark Gray.... not too dark if you ask me, but oh well...

I was torn on what color to get. I almost did dark red, but don't really have any red accents anywhere. My interior is gray, so I figured that would work.

Looks good! I have had a set of black ones at home for almost 2 mos now, just waiting for a good day. Trying to figure out where I want to place them. I have seen a few different ways they are being done.

Yeah, My friend just put some in his truck and I really didn't like the look of the strips from pics on the net. But after seeing his in person. They look pretty sweet.

Still not sure if I want to do it though..

No, really easy. A little heat and you are set. A can of Goof-off for any remaining stickiness. I may have to do mine this weekend if the temps hold out. Wish I had my shop back! :roflsquared:
