adding wheel spacers to stock wheels

i just ordered me up some 275 65 20 Duratracs
i reall like the stock rims and wanna put a spacer in to give it a more beefy stance

would a 1.25 spacer from bora be what im looking for?

i want them to stick out more then stock but not overly crazy

I used a set of 1.5 Bora spacers on my stock setup before I bought new wheels. I went with 1.5 to make sure the spacer cleared the oem studs. I didn't take any pics unfortunately and only ran them for a few weeks before I got a deal on wheels I couldn't pass up. Hope this helps.

Here's a 1.5" on my truck. Still waiting on my duratracs! Goodyear says they're making them today so it shouldn't be too much longer!

what size tires you got on there? you got any other lift besides level?

Just the stock size 265/60/20. I have a level with a 3" body lift!

325/60/20's on order!

was it a pain to install the spacers? did you use locktight? did they come with all the hardware?

Spacers were easy to install, just make sure you remove the stud clips beforehand. I used red loctite and it worked great. All the hardware came with them except the loctite. FYI, I paid for two day shipping and they pushed my order out within the two days. Very quick turnaround

did you have to cut the studs at all? im not sure what i want 1.25 or 1.5

I did not have to cut the studs with 1.5. I picked 1.5 because I didn't want to cut them and I wasn't sure if 1.25 would clear.

Install was easy, I don't remember if I used thread lock or not. I did whatever Lenny from Bora and the instructions told me lol. Just make sure you torque the adaptor 120 ft.lbs to the truck, and between 90-100 ft. Lbs wheel to adaptor. Also if you use impact tools it's supposed to void warranty. Probably to protect themselves from someone who doesn't torque and just tightens with an impact gun lol

Looks great. I love that look but just to many gravel roads for me to have them outside the truck. My paint takes a beating. That thing looks like a a boss xrsman.
