I was about to purchase a 4in lift then I realize that it wants 5in backspacing and I only have 5 and a 1/4 how can I achieve that'll it work ? Without buying new wheels

As long as the tires you get are not over 12.5" wide, you should be ok with 1/4" spacers.
Just make sure you get quality hub-centric spacers. Do NOT get the $5 parts store, universal fit spacers.
For example, this is the knuckle to tire clearance with a 12.5" wide tire, on a factory chrome clad 20" wheel, WITH a 1/4"spacer. Without the spacer, the tire will rub badly.
