Replacing 05 hood?? Need help

I have a 2005 ram red . Hood is oxidized a bit. Rest of truck is beautiful . Need to replace the hood so thinking to repaint? Wrap? Or buy a new hood ? Anyone with any experience in this area would be a great help. I am not sure about painting just the hood matching my red ?? Can I put a different hood like srt version or anything with a little meaner look ? Thanks

Sorry can this be moved to 3rd generation exterior ? Lol

Have you considered buffing the hood to remove the oxidation?

Yes I have done that but need to do it like every few weeks or comes right back the clear coat is shot

How would wrapping it in an accent color look? Would matte black be an option?

Wrapping is an option if you can get the right color match. Are you thinking matte black stripes?

If it's pr4 red, it's pretty easy to match.
