Anyone have this issue, been raining on my truck all day and come out from the office to find them like this. My blazer has been sitting un-driven for two weeks no rust... is this just crappy material used?

Drive it around the block, drag the brake pedal a little and it'll clear up. Nothing to be concerned with.

Automechanics class in highschool, we had to turn rotors for our brake test - after we turned them, we'd run them under the sink and slam them on the ground and they'd rust worse than that in minutes.

Agree with everyone above me. I'm about to upgrade to powerstop rotors and pads. They're zinc coated. Had them on my last truck , no rust anywhere. But then again I live in SoCal. What annoys me is the brake dust that builds up on my Method wheels. The ceramic pads that come with the rotors should fix that too....
