What rims do I have??

While looking up my build sheet, it says I have the 20" rims. I figured it was wrong, but I checked the door sticker too and it said...20" rims. I have 17s on with the sensors in them. Any idea what year or model these rims came on?? I don't dislike them, just curious.

Also my bios sheet says "raised ride height" thoughts on what that means from the factory? Thanks

Looks like a base model....but my st came with chrome clad 20" wheels.

Depends on what package it came with really.

You look to have an Express or Sport which would of had 20" rims on it. Those are the 17" cast alum. that came on the SLT package and a few others. The ST would of had either plain steel 17" or the upgraded chrome clad steel wheels in 17". The PO must have swapped out the rims at some point.

He must of. Wonder why he'd opt for these instead of the 20s. Should be a bit cheaper when it comes new tire time! They seem to still sit with the truck nicely

Like said. The original owner swapped the 20''s for 17's. Also the "raised ride height" means there is at least a level kit on the front

I thought "raised ride height" was an automatic add on for 4WD truck?

Hmm.......interesting. Maybe that's why some trucks sit higher than others. I'm guessing my truck does not have a raised ride height. I think before I leveled my Ram, I had about 3" difference in front to rear fender heights.

I'd guess wile sitting at the dealership. Another truck got sold and the rims got swapped in that deal. Those 17s came on my 13 tradesman with the Crome package. The tires are a 265/70/17 witch is a 31.6" tire. If ur built sheet says 20s then ur speedo is probably calculated for a 33" tire. FYI

2014 crew can express 4x4, has a rake so the front is not raised. So not all 4x4s got a leveling kit from the factory. My build sheet has he black out package but my truck has the 20 chrome clads. Dealer said it was a show room truck and they put the chrome on to make it different.

I believe they swapped it out in another deal. But they wanted to charge me the $900 difference to get the black rims and that would have jacked my lease $20/month. Said screw it and plasti dipped them. Now I got some 22" hellcats for xmass

my understanding was that swapping parts/wheels between new unsold trucks was 'illegal'.

They do it all the time so I doubt it's illegal. The only shady part is they'll sell trucks with stuff they already took off. Like paying for the 20" wheel option and but it came with 17s

I have those rims on my outdoorsman and mine also says raised ride height. I only have 1.5" or rake from the factory.
This is before I put the 285's on the rims.

Looked good. 285s will be on after these wear out! I have the 265/70 sitting on then now.

Never thought about the speedo difference. I was curious if the dealer swapped the rims out prior to sale, but the truck was only on the lot for 2 days. Guess they could of already been looking for a swap truck prior to it coming in.

Did the color match bumpers not come with Express models?? I felt like the PO may have thrown a couple extra options on, bumpers, back up cam, and engine and trans hd coolers.

Hey also, what psi do you run with those rims?? Wasn't sure if I should stick with the door psi or not since the rims are swapped
